    How we help

People contact the clinic for many different reasons

Some are facing an immediate relationship crisis. Others are trying to understand a recurring pattern, rebuild trust, address compulsive behaviour, or navigate addiction and recovery.

You do not need to have everything figured out

Many people contact the clinic without knowing exactly what kind of therapy they need. A consultation gives you an opportunity to describe what is happening, ask questions, and consider an appropriate next step.
